Joe Fallacara, our Founder and CEO has more than 40 years experience providing Information Technology services and solutions to many types of businesses.
His career started after graduation from a well known university in the mid west when he joined one of the major computer manufacturers as a sales person and systems analyst.
After working for several industry leaders and attaining Senior Management roles, Joe founded Net-Com I.T. Solutions in 1990.
Over the years he has been leading the company through the waves of change in the I.T. staffing and consulting business.
Joe has been a leader in the industry and served on many Industry related and Civic Boards. As the "President of the the Houston Chapter of The National Association of Computer
Consulting Businesses" he led his fellow business competitors in their quest to improve the quality and standards of service offered. He was a Founder of the NACCB's Educational Scholarship Foundation which funds college
scholarships for the study of Computer Science.
