THE POSITION
The SAP Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical management and direction of the large
& complex SAP project as well as function as a highly skilled individual contributor. Will assume a leadership role for SAP technology and share practice/performance management responsibilities including the overall management of
project teams, development and review of staff.

The SAP Technical Lead serves as a point of contact for the assigned technical activities for the specific functional or technical team and sees to it that development activities are conducted, that dependencies with other
implementation activities are identified, and that synchronization takes place at the stream level.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university; eight (8) years of related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have technical experience with at least five (5) end-to-end SAP
implementations.
Requires five (5) years of experience in SAP ABAP and Java object oriented programming. SAP myBusiness Suite applications (i.e., CRM, ERP, PLM, SCM, and SRM), xApps (e.g., Master Data Management, Resource and Portfolio Management,
etc.) and NetWeaver (e.g., Enterprise Portal, XI, Business Intelligence, etc.). Job Tools
