THE POSITION
You will be responsible for customer care for clients with a network from 25-250 Desktops and will have
assignments which will vary by the day. We need a professional support person who loves people and loves to solve problems. Light travel throughout the Houston area is required.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Five Years work experience in customer service with a minimum of 3 years Desktop and
troubleshooting experience.
Degree Preferred
